I had the SMILE procedure on Thursday. I have worn glasses since middle school. Now I can see clearly. Vold Vision staff walked me through every step. The day of my procedure there was a bit of a longer wait due to some emergency surgeries. But overall a good experience. Highly recommend. They had entered my address wrong. But John quickly fixed it. I have been iffy about Lasik for years. But glad I finally did it. More
Vold Vision is currently the office of 4 doctors and several optometrists. I was able to see all the MDs and one optometrist. The Medical Staff excels and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. They are caring and knowledgeable professionals. They have a full array of testing equipment and in house surgicalsuite. I had 3 very successful surgeries. The office space is beautiful, comfortable and offers extra amenities like a work area, two separate tv areas, magazines that are both interesting and educational. All of my Medicare and Blue Cross claims were promptly paid so I surmise the billing department knows what they are doing. They offer you 5 ways to evaluate the service so I am going to hope that means they take the evaluations seriously. I had a different clerical staff error on each of my visits but nothing that endangered my treatment, just minor to major inconveniences. I am detailing them on the private evaluation and hope you as a future patron will not encounter them as a little more training should handle it. More
It took a few trips to figure out what is going on with my eye after Lasiks, but Dr. McFarland never gave up. I have been in that office probably 20 times since May 2018. The staff is Out Of This World!! I do not know what Dr. Vold does, but I would love to find out how he keeps so many happy and efficient. Special shout-out to Nicole, she makes me laugh and feel special every time!! More

It is true about the wait in the lobby for your appt. It does seem excessive, however, well educated and innovative medical care in Northwest AR is so behind the times that an award winning multi state educated Dr. Like Dr. Steven Vold seems a blessing for me and I am certain for others. I would like to see a little more attention to the details of explaining the procedures step by step along with costs. There are those whom apparently are there to do that, yet they don't appear to be able to address as much knowledge about procedure and costs as might be requested. As soon as I am able to obtain the costs for my recommended procedures, I will pursue this avenue of wellness. Welcome and thank you for coming to NW Arkansas Dr. Vold! More

I was there recently, for a first appt. I was impressed with the very friendly, relaxed atmosphere! I was a bit nervous about the visit, but all the employees were great and I felt at ease. It was a long appt. and rather straining on my eyes, but overall that was a great place to go! I was impressed with the technology and everyone's ability to answer my questions. They were very knowledgeable about other health issues and meds., especially Dr. A.! =), and seemed to really listen and care! Also, my Mom came with me, and stayed in the car, and when I'd been in there a couple of hours - I asked a lady at the desk if she could go check on her and tell her that I was close to done, ask if she needed anything, and she willingly did it, and came back and told me she did and she was fine.
